Most insoles cushion. This one supports.
A firm moulded shell holds your arch in position under body weight, with gel where the impact actually lands. Built for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and long days on hard floors.
How It Works
Three steps. The third one takes a few weeks, and we would rather say so now.
Pick your size
Two bands, UK 2.5 to 6.5 and UK 7 to 12, both cut long on purpose. Five minutes with scissors and they are shaped to your shoe, not nearly right.
Wear them in
A few hours a day that first week. Firm support feels strange before it feels like relief, and this is exactly where most people give up. Do not.
Get your evenings back
Mornings go first. Then one day you walk to the shops and realise you never once thought about your feet.

Loved by You
After long days on construction sites, my boots had my feet begging. I tried these insoles instead of replacing the boots, and wow, they actually help. The cushioning soaks up the shock from concrete and gravel, and by the end of the day my heels aren’t throbbing. Fitting was easy too. I just trimmed them using the originals as a guide. They stay put, don’t bunch up. Just a bit thicker than stock, so tighter shoes might feel snug. For work boots though, absolutely worth it. Less fatigue, more comfort, and I would definitely buy them again.
I bought these to put in an older pair of Eddie Bauer hiking/work boots. These inserts have made a huge difference in making these work boots much more comfortable. I did over 10,000 steps in these with no foot pain. Without these inserts, these boots are not comfortable at all, and I would always end up with aching feet even after an hour of use. Initially, they squeaked a bit with each step, but that seems to go away over time and with some use. They were easy to trim to size as they have inscriptions for various shoe sizes. I highly recommend these, especially if you're trying to convert an uncomfortable pair of shoes into a useful pair!
Gone from a desk based job to a more physically demanding job meaning I'm up and about on my feet non stop for 6-9 hours a day.
Being a size 12 i do struggle find decent insoles. Saw these and was debating whether to buy or not due to the price, really not disappointed one bit.
Fit my shoes perfectly without any need to trim and feel really comfortable even after being on thr move for 5+ hours
I bought them for my partner to work because he spends many hours on his feet and his feet hurt a lot, and the truth is that they have been a success.
Since using these insoles, he has endured the day much better and they have reduced his pain a lot. You can tell that they are designed for people who spend many hours on their feet.
For us, money very well spent. Highly recommended.
I’ve spent years experimenting with insoles, from cheap foam inserts to high-end orthotics, and nothing compares to the Soleridge insoles. From the first step, I noticed how the massaging gel cushions both the heel and arch without feeling squishy or unstable. Unlike many insoles that flatten after a few hours, these maintain their shape, giving consistent support from the first step of my day to the last.
Not sure if I physically feel and arch support, softness etc. the fitment is great and is compatible with all my other shoes, yet this may not be for me when it comes to long hours of standing, although it has made my heel and foot ache bearable and take longer to ache. But overall this may work for you because it worked a little for me.
P.S They are better than the ones that came in my work shoe.
Questions before you buy
What makes a firm insole different, how to size and trim them, and what happens if they turn out not to be right for you.
Most insoles cushion. Soleridge Relief supports.
Soft foam feels good for the first ten minutes and then compresses, which lets your arch carry on collapsing. A firm moulded shell holds the arch in position under body weight instead, with gel at the heel and forefoot to take the impact.
Cushioning treats the symptom. Support deals with what is causing it.
They are built for it. Plantar fasciitis is what happens when the tissue along the base of your foot is overloaded again and again, usually because the arch flattens under weight. Holding that arch in position reduces the pull on it.
Expect a few weeks rather than a few days, and expect mornings to be the first thing that improves.
Two sizes, UK 2.5 to 6.5 and UK 7 to 12, and both come cut long so you can trim them.
Lay your old insole on top and cut to match with sharp scissors. If you sit between the two bands, take the larger one.
Any shoe you can take the existing insole out of. Trainers, walking shoes, work boots and safety boots are all fine.
Ballet flats and anything with a raised heel do not have the depth a firm shell needs.
Give them a few weeks, and build up slowly. A few hours a day for the first week, then longer.
Firm support feels unfamiliar at first, because your arch is being held somewhere it has not been held in a long time. Going straight into a full day is the most common reason people give up too early.
Send them back within 90 days for a full refund, worn and trimmed included.
The window is deliberately long. A fortnight is not a fair test of an insole that needs breaking in.
