Before you write
These three come up most often:
- Sizing and trimming. Two sizes cover UK 2.5 to 12, and both are cut long on purpose. Lay your old insole on top of the Soleridge and cut around it with sharp scissors. Take a little at a time, you can always remove more.
- Where is my order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 4 to 8 days.
- Returns and refunds. You have 90 days, worn and trimmed included. Email us and we will send you the instructions.
